Here's What I Do. . .
I turn ideas - even complicated ones - into audience- and purpose-focused prose people will actually read.
I am a marketing communications consultant. A good one -- a skilled writer, integrated marketing communications pro, strategist and hands-on implementer. Plus, I'm inquisitive, so I may not know your business now, but I will.
The skills and experience I've accumulated as both an in-house marketing communications pro and as a consultant for professional service firms are my toolkit. I have about 15 years of experience working with law firms large and small on marketing and business development, having served as both in-house marketing director and marketing communications manager. But I've also worked with and for public relations, financial services, engineering, and other firms on communications. When I have the time and opportunity, I also teach college writing classes as an adjunct professor of English.
